The loveable sibling mouse duo of Benny & Penny are
back. In BENNY AND PENNY IN JUST PRETEND, Benny is busy playing pirates by
himself when Penny wants to pretend with him. Benny doesn’t want to play with
Penny. Instead, he suggests they play hide-and-go-seek: Penny will hide and
Benny will come find her. Benny doesn’t even look for Penny, but when she doesn’t
come around and pester him, he thinks something might be wrong and goes in
search of her. BENNY AND PENNY IN JUST PRETEND is a Toon Book and is written as
a Level 2 Reader (300-600 words, short sentences, story arc with few
characters, and 1-4 panels per page).
